Hi all it’s still hot out there so we keep going with refreshing recipes. This month Pipirrana is a typical tomato salad from Malaga, it’s very easy and very healthy and also it can be enjoyed by vegetarians or vegans without tuna. So let’s go! Mayka x


  • 200gr of Cod or Tuna
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2-3 tomatos
  • 2 garlic gloves
  • 1/2onion
  • Olives
  • 3 bread slices
  • 2tbs of wine vinegar
  • Salt and black pepper

Lets Start!

Peel and dice the cucumber and tomatoes, open the peppers and remove seeds chop in small cubes. Chop the onion and garlic very finely. Mix all the veg with the tuna. Prepare the vinaigrette with vinager oil pepper and salt. Chop the olive mix with the veg and refrigerate for half an hour before serving. Serve with bread. Hope you all enjoy.
