MacMillan Coffee Morning @ ZEST

On Friday 17th September Zest cafe bar in Sierra Mar hosted a charity coffee morning in aid of MacMillan Cancer Support. Part of the morning was a Great Gran Alacant Bake Off contest with 7 entrants vying to claim the title of Star Baker! With people paying to be on the judging panel, and funds raised from the sale of cakes, bakes and a charity raffle over 250€ was raised! The honour of becoming the first ever Gran Alacant Star Baker went to Linda Jones who baked a delicious Key Lime pie which was voted a resounding success!  To everyone who was kind enough to donate their time, bakes and money a massive thank you on behalf of Zest and  MacMillan!
