My article in last month’s issue about the Santa Pola 21km has generated interest from around Gran Alacant in participating as a group in forthcoming running events.
A small team “Gran Alacant Runners”, supported by Philippe from GA-Homefinders drove to Benidorm to run in the Benidorm 21km.
So far a group of 7 Gran Alacant Runners (including our GA councillor Oscar Valenzuela and the sports councillor Julio Baeza) is competing in the 10km Abel Anton run which takes place here in Gran Alacant on 22nd March, starting and finishing in Mercadona Car Park.
