The fiesta in the streets take place from the 20th to 24th, bullfighting from the 21nd to the 25th and one more extra on the 6th August. The cartoon monuments will be set up in the streets on the 20th and they will be burnt on the night of the 24th.

The next five days after the burning of the cartoon monuments, there will be a fantastic international fireworks contest at midnight at Postiguet beach.

On the night of the 23rd, hundreds of fires will be lit on the beach to celebrate ancestral rituals and traditions. There will also be a fiesta in Santa Pola on Levante beach as usual.

Also, all these municipalities that celebrate their main fiestas, Moors and Christians in: Elda 1st to 5th, Benjuzar, Teulada-Moraira 11th, Pego, Agost on 25th and Benissa.

This month and the first few days in July, Santa Pola becomes a very sporty place! On the 16th 17th and 19th the VI hand ball Tournament will be held on the football field “Els Xiprerets” and also the VII International Volleyball competition in Gran Playa area.

In Benissa from 1st ot 4th July fiestas and Moors and Chistians parade. International open waters swim Tabarca-Santa Pola will take place on the 9th of July with more than 1400 swimmers participating this year from 15 countries.
