Gran Alacant was once again featured on an episode of the popular television series, A Place in the Sun! Hosted by Jasmine Harman, the episode introduced us to Baksho and Sukvinder, sisters from Leicester who were shopping for a holiday home in Gran Alacant with a budget of 100,000 GBP.
Gran Alacant has appeared on A Place in the Sun several of times over the years. Chris and I had a great time helping the APITS crew again. We always welcome the opportunity to tell the world about Gran Alacant and why we think this is the best beach community on the Costa Blanca. The show is a great platform to reach people and the production highlighted Gran Alacant’s convenient location, fabulous beaches, and natural park. The episode was filmed in October of last year and premiered on Channel4 on October 5th. It will continue to air in reruns over the coming weeks and is available online.
The buyers viewed an apartment on the gated community of Gran Alacant, an apartment with solarium in Novamar, a townhouse in Upper Monte y Mar with views of the sea, another in Lower Gran Alacant with an oversized living room and basement bathroom and finally a new build apartment in Bahia Playa.
While touring property for sale, the sisters also visited popular spots such as the lighthouse and skywalk in Gran Alacant, strolled along the marina in Santa Pola and rode the tourist train.
