2 green peppers
1/2 onion
200 gr frozen peas
4 garlic cloves
1 tin of chopped tomatos
1/2 glass olive oil
4 eggs
200gr chorizo, bacon, ham

Huevos A La Flamenca
Finely chop the onion, peppers, garlic and stirfry for couple of minutes. Then add the peas and fry until its almost cooked. Then add the tomato, salt to taste and cook further for 10-15 minutes. Cut the sausage and add to stirfry. Then transfer in a clay pot and place the egg in the centre. Put in the oven at 180C for 10-15 minutes until the egg is done.
