Hello my dearest friends I hope you are all well and safe. This quarantine is taking more time that what we thought, but I think this situation will help all of us to become a better person, we all had our issues but at the same time we all have been trying to help others (giving food, clothes, buying food or medicine for our neighbours).

When all this is finish we going to need to support all the local business doesn’t matter if you like the person or not they all will need our support!

We need to become more kind more caring more person.

Ingredients
1 kilo of chicken meat breast.
1 onion
3 garlic cloves
2 teaspoons of spices for pinchitos (Mix of salt, oregano, caraway, turmeric, coriander, cumin, pepper, anise, garlic, cayenne and cloves)
2 cayennes (optional)
Extra virgin olive oil

Let’s Start

  1. We cut the chicken breast into pieces, about 2.5 cm approximately, and put them in a container. Add the finely chopped garlic and onion together with the spices and a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil, mix well. Cover and store in the fridge for a few hours, I always do it the day before.
  2. If you do not have metal skewers, you can use wooden skewers. If you are using wooden skewers coat them in a little bit of oil, it will make meat easier to slide off the skewers when ready to eat. When ready to cook, transfer the marinated chicken to skewers.
  3. Put on the very hot griddle and cook the skewers on both sides. Do not throw the onion and the remaining dressing in the container,
    you will also cook it and serve it together with the pinchitos and some pieces of bread.

These chicken skewers are eaten with a slice of bread in one hand and the skewer in the other, or you can also have them as a main dish, accompanied by a couscous, to which you can add the onion and the dressing of the remaining skewers, cooked on the griddle. Awesome!
