Fernando Bravo, Chef and owner of “Nou arches Beach”, has over 35 years of experience working in the best kitchens and restaurants of Spain. He has developed a menu which gives a traditional flavour, complemented with light touches of the avant-garde.

His cuisine is based on using fresh products, which have been sourced from the local markets, prepared with the Chefs respect for ingredients, to produce delicious dishes. In 1982 he opened his first restaurant and brewery in the Centre of Alicante and it became known as the best in the city. In fact, this restaurant was seen as producing “Mediterranean market cuisine as a gastronomic standard”.

In 2012, Chef Fernando Bravo and his excellent team, opened a new restaurant “Nou Arcos Playa” in Arenales del Sol. In this new location he followed in the footsteps of the gastronomic journey he started in the Centre of Alicante. “Nou Arcos Beach” is situated on the beach alongside the Mediterranean Sea and offers the opportunity to experience tasty rice, fish, seafood and meat dishes served with the best Spanish wines. This restaurant has a wine cellar that is stocked with over 120 of the best Spanish wines and Cavas which compliment the exceptional dishes that the Chef creates.
