GRAN ALACANT GOLF SOCIETY
The last few weeks, weather-wise, have been perfect for golf with little wind and bright, warm winter sunshine. However, February has been a relatively quiet month for the Society as a number of our core members have used the time to return to the UK to visit family and friends.
As we move into March we shall see longer days with the heat of the sun arriving earlier in the day. We shall also see the return of those members absent during February and we have had messages from a number of golfers who played with us last year for the first time to tell us they will be returning to GA and would like to join us again this year.
During March there is St Patrick’s Day which seems to be a great attraction here with many people coming back to GA for the celebrations. We expect our numbers to be swollen further by the regular golfers amongst those joining us again. Happy days !!
As always new members and/or guests are always welcome, whether a full time resident, someone with your own holiday home for regular visits throughout the year or a holiday maker in the region. We would love to see you.
