Hi all, we are so close to summer! And I shouldn’t really do this recipe as it’s not going to help us to get ready for the summer-body 🙂

This month it’s a typical Asturian recipe and a very popular dish.

4 very thin veal fillet steaks (for 2 people)
200gr serrano ham
200gr cheese ( Galician cheese Tetilla is pretty good but you can choose any sof cheese you like)
2 eggs

Let’s Start

  1. Tenderize the steak until very thin, stuff them with 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of serrano ham and put the second fillet on the top.
  2. Beat the eggs and carefully dip the stuffed fillet in the egg and then coat in breadcrums. Fry each side in very hot oil.
  3. Serve with chips and salad.
