Hi all, we are so close to summer! And I shouldn’t really do this recipe as it’s not going to help us to get ready for the summer-body 🙂
This month it’s a typical Asturian recipe and a very popular dish.

4 very thin veal fillet steaks (for 2 people)
200gr serrano ham
200gr cheese ( Galician cheese Tetilla is pretty good but you can choose any sof cheese you like)
- Tenderize the steak until very thin, stuff them with 2 slices of cheese, 2 slices of serrano ham and put the second fillet on the top.
- Beat the eggs and carefully dip the stuffed fillet in the egg and then coat in breadcrums. Fry each side in very hot oil.
- Serve with chips and salad.
