Hi all, the good weather is taking its time to arrive but soon we will be on the beach, so this month we are going to make a nice and healthy salad that you can enjoy all year round.

Ingredients
400gr codfish with salt
green and black olives
pinch of black pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 roasted red pepper
olive oil
Let’s Start
- Steam the fish for about 6-10 minutes and set aside.
- Cut the red pepper into strips and put in a large bowl. Add the onion cut into julienne, then add the garlic cut into slices and the olives (green and black).
- Mix all the ingredients together. Crumble the fish and add to the mix.
- Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. This is a healthy and new salad that I hope you all will enjoy.
