Hi all, the good weather is taking its time to arrive but soon we will be on the beach, so this month we are going to make a nice and healthy salad that you can enjoy all year round.

Ingredients
400gr codfish with salt
green and black olives
pinch of black pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 roasted red pepper
olive oil

Let’s Start

  1. Steam the fish for about 6-10 minutes and set aside.
  2. Cut the red pepper into strips and put in a large bowl. Add the onion cut into julienne, then add the garlic cut into slices and the olives (green and black).
  3. Mix all the ingredients together. Crumble the fish and add to the mix.
  4. Season with salt, pepper and olive oil. This is a healthy and new salad that I hope you all will enjoy.
